Beau Brindley is the firm's founder and serves as the firm's primary litigation counsel. His trial practice concentrates in the areas of federal and state criminal cases. Mr. Brindley has tried dozens of criminal cases in the state courts of Illinois and Iowa, and has achieved findings of not guilty in over 90% of them. In recent years, Mr. Brindley has focused on the litigation of complex federal jury trials and sentencings. Mr. Brindley's rate of success in these federal cases is among the best in the Northern District of Illinois.
